Yearbook & Publishing

Creating a memorable and professional quality yearbook does not have to be difficult or expensive. At Color Portraits, Inc. we make sure it isn’t.

School staff and yearbook volunteers can get as much – or as little – guidance as they would like, thanks to our three separate yearbook programs:

• Desktop

• Online

Our dedicated yearbook staff can help you through the process of creating and publishing your yearbook – including importing photos, designing pages and determining the best way to use our color and black and white publishing capabilities. You will have access to today’s best yearbook publishing software. However, we can still produce your yearbook even if you don’t have a computer.

We start the year with a free workshop open to anyone who will be doing a yearbook with us. We are also available throughout the year to answer questions and offer advice. We offer you a half day to photograph your teams and candid pictures at no additional cost and provide a CD of all your images, along with a contact sheet that makes editing simple.

Once your yearbook kit is turned in to our offices, it will be laid out, proofed, color balanced, printed and bound adhering to our high quality standards. In the event that you are using another publishing company for your yearbook needs, we will provide a high-resolution student image CD-ROM in the appropriate format for that publisher.
