It is not good enough to meet expectations.  At Color Portraits, Inc. we seek to exceed them.

It is our responsibility to rectify incorrect orders, and any parents or school representatives with questions or concerns should call our customer service number directly.  We have a friendly, responsive staff that will resolve any issues that may arise.

If there are missing photos, we will send them directly to the student’s home.  If parents are unhappy with their child’s fall photo, they can have their child photographed again on the school’s retake day at no charge.  If they are not satisfied with the retake picture, a full refund will be given.
